• Face-to-face meeting with the caregiver to really get a feel for their personality
• Criminal and DMV Record Check
• Reference checks, both professional and personal
• Confirmation that fingerprints are on file with the State

And, if this process isn't enough for you, we also provide you with all of our findings and the same references so that you can do your own checks. All of this information will be provided to you, along with a small picture on each caregiver’s resume, so that you can easily identify them.
